We are looking for an AdministrativeAssistant to join our team, the successful candidate will help to process salesorders, assist with incoming queries and coordination of delivery.

This role is suitable for candidates who are familiar in a warehouse spaceand wanting to take the next step in their career. Pickers and Warehouseworkers are welcome to apply if they have the relevant experience. The Role:
The responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant, Logistics include but arenot limited to the following: · Toassist NZ’sOperation in keying, processing, allocating and waving orders · To assist indiscrepancies and issue credit note · Pallet control · Sorting and filing ofdocuments; · Handling office tasks,such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings,and reordering supplies; · Maintain polite andprofessional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail; · Screening phone callsand routing callers to the appropriate party; · General officeadministration; · Performing otherduties as required by the Operation Manager. To be successful you will need: · Full New Zealandworking rights; · Strong attention todetail with the ability to prioritize and manage expectations; · Previous experience ina customer service related position; · Microsoft Officeexperience (high level of exposure to and competency with Excel is a must;Word, PowerPoint experience will be an advantage); · A current New Zealanddriver’s licence and own vehicle (preferred due to location of warehouse); · Strong communicationskills (verbal and written); · An ability to workindependently as well as part of a team; · A can-do attitude anda willingness to learn; · Proven experienceworking in an Administrative Assistant role or supply chain managementindustry/Logistics field (advantageous).
