请问刚拿到resident，不是永久居民，可以免息贷款读硕士吗，谢谢。

要蹲完2年才能申请无息学生贷款读书，刚拿到是没有这个福利的。

拿到resident visa三年后才可以申请学生津贴和无息学生贷款，2014年改的政策，但是只是level7的本科段可以申请，研究生层次的话，只有一个例外Honours是可以有津贴的，其他包括postgraduate diploma, Master等都不可以申请学生津贴

Residency requirements for Student Allowances and Student Loans
To be eligible for a Student Allowance or Student Loan you must be a New Zealand citizen.
If you're not a New Zealand citizen you must be ordinarily resident in New Zealand and meet one of the following residence requirements:
have been entitled to reside indefinitely in New Zealand under the Immigration Act 2009 for at least 3 years and have been living in New Zealand for at least 3 years or
be a refugee or protected person and be entitled to reside indefinitely in New Zealand under the Immigration Act 2009 or
sponsored into New Zealand by a family member who holds refugee status or protected person status.
