Position Title Sales Coordinator
Location North Shore, Auckland
Position Type Full-time (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm; Saturday 9am-12pm)

About the Company & the Role Grand Glass & Hardware Ltd is an importer and supplier of materials to the construction industry. Our team comprises passionate individuals dedicated to assisting our customers, including architects, builders, designers, and homeowners across NZ, by providing glass fencing solutions for projects large and small.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our sales team based in Rosedale, North Shore. If you're an enthusiastic team player with a proven track record in sales support, customer service, and relationship management, we'd love to hear from you.
Please note that this role is dynamic and requires someone who can efficiently manage various tasks, including:
- Providing customers with cost estimations and discussing tailored solutions
- Collaborating on daily and weekly planning with the sales manager to ensure all opportunities are captured
- Coordinating ordering with the warehouse and installation team on a daily basis
- Liaising with inventory and dispatch regarding orders and deliveries
- Handling general office tasks
The role necessitates strong multitasking skills, as you'll be transitioning from one task to another based on urgency. Above all, excellent interpersonal skills and enjoyment in dealing with people are essential. We will provide training for the role; you just need to bring a positive attitude and eagerness to contribute.
Experience Required for this Role:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Calendar), Training for our internal CRM and inventory management software will be provided
- A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to your work
