技术VS能力，哪个更值钱呢？？

这样概括可能不确切，但是就是表达这么个意思，技术类的包括：各类技术工人，accountant，教师，以及理科专业的，如统计，computer，化工的等等，此类工作的特点是技术性强，没学过的做不了，但是当中的一些，比如说会计，要想做到很好就比较累，需要不停的学习考试什么的。

能力类的包括：marketing，sales，物流，国际贸易等等，这类的特点是虽然也需要degree，但是专业性比较弱，所以工作的话没学过的也能做，但是做得好的就需要本事了。

我认识一些朋友，有的做accountant，蛮辛苦的，但是目前不过赚四五万，有做computer的，project多的时候年薪二十万，有做statistic的，10万，还有做marketing的，在很大的公司，九万多了，还有做物流的，也7万多了。

想说综合的比较一下，到底是哪一类的比较好呢？？

技术和能力是分不开的吧？

例如，IT是技术但也是能力啊。

再例如，MARKETING，不仅仅是能力，也要技术和技巧啊。

技术性较弱的专业工作之后，和本地人比起来，竞争力明显不如技术性较强的工作

在这个国家,技术比较有用....能力需要很长一段时间来证明,而且这里大机构少,很少有地方能发挥...

在国内这个便宜劳工的地方, 绝对是能力有用....

请个有技术的便宜劳工就是了~...

很同意，技术和能力不能分开。市场，贸易，销售也需要技术，甚至要求更高。30岁以前的收入高低说明不了什么问题。

LZ是想比较人事管理/行政管理方面的能力，和专业技术方面的能力吧？

没有技术，那么能力其实很难发挥出来，因为给出的information没有足够的说服力。
有技术，没有能力，那只能默默无闻的在后台付出汗水。

但我个人觉得能力 〉 技术。有能力的技术人员，回报还是有封顶的。有技术的销售大多是没有封顶的。。。

个人愚见。。。

技术+机遇=中层
光有技术=累死累活替别人加业绩的底层
光有能力=工会主席，哈哈

如果抛开工作/行业不谈的话，能力>技术。我认为street smart比book smart更重要。

I would be quite intereted to know that how the hell, Marketing, Statistic can make that humongous money.
Are they self-employees ?

certificates + experience would easily put Marketing and Stats people on that level of income...

And to be honest nowadays 100k+ is not considered as humongous anyway. :)

I dnt know, I an engineer, all my friends had 3 years experince only get 55K-60K.  Probably take 20years experinces to get 100K, and thats the top in this profession (except management level); hardly see engineer getting more than 120k.

真的不是骗人的，computer那个，是个洋人，contractor，同时做三个，每个都时新200多。statistic的，也是个洋人，之前在国家发展部做过，然后跳到公司做analist方面的。marketing的，中国人，我眼见着从六万多慢慢升到九万。物流的，中国人，大公司。

There's quite a few of my fiends are getting 100k+ with roughly 6 years of experience. And you right - with 3 years experience the expectation would be round about 60k. But imaging this, the first 3 years you could be learning relatively basic stuff. However once after you've learnt all that, you start to know things other people don't know which will make you become much more valuable.

IMHO, in any industry, expect good raise after the 5th year....

My team leader, he is only 29; an Charted Professtion Engineer
5 years solid engineering experience; brilliant young man, he just told me he is current 74k.
I wept.

Being a charted engineer does not mean u get more money..

Being a team leader also does not mean u get paid more money...

74k at 5 year exp is not bad.

想一招吃遍天下不太可能, 但是抓住一样, 温饱没啥问题.

更正LZ一点：各行各业都需要KEEP LEARNING都有职业考试. 不仅仅是会计.
计算机来说, 权威的认证就有NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN多.

depends on if you good at school work or not.. coz im a gastroenterologist, its not hard to find a good pay job.. i can quit monday and have a new job by the end of the week. some people say its good... but i also spend a long time at school.. most degrees are 4 years.. but mine is.... don;t even ask....

sometime i wonder if i just do a simpler job.. i would be happier

只是那个领域的英文大部分华人很少或根本没接触而已。
