You're a natural when it comes to developing rapport with a diverse range of people and juggling multiple tasks is second nature to you. Because you're competent at quick and effective decision making you'll enjoy recommending solutions to ensure a happy customer outcome every time. You will be required to assist the English queue at times so being fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese OR Korean is not the only skill set you will need! Excellent English communication is also a must. Nine weeks full-time training commences 30th April 2012.  Thereafter shifts are between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
