关于狗

我是一个三房unit（两房连一起），有一个10几平方的全围栏小院的房东，房客有两只狗，一大一小，一年来相安无事，我去割草狗都不叫的，最近相连的unit房东email说：“On the matter of  the barking dogs in your unit A, I have informed your tenant, and am now informing you, that the dogs  loud barking is interfering with the peace, comfort and privacy of my tenant in unit B.  As a responsible landlord, you will be aware that under the Residential Tenancies Act  (40.c) it is unlawful for your tenant to allow their dogs to bark to the degree that it is effecting other persons residing in the neighbourhood. Please let me know what you are going to do about this problem.”

然后我去找他，他说要不让我把房客赶走，要不他就要和我tribunal，我想问下，这样要求我合理吗？相关法律是什么？

这事儿应该是animal control管吧，上法庭不知道有没有用，不过我觉得作为房东还是让房客搬走简单点，现在反正也好租。。

狗管不好确实吵，建议出租免宠，少麻烦。
