The ASB Group of companies is one of the largest providers of financial and insurance services in New Zealand. ASB Bank is one of New Zealand's leading commercial banks, aiming always to be world-class in terms of both products and service. An opportunity has opened up in this very stable and high performing team for a Portfolio Series - Account Manager.
The purpose of this role is to set up, administer and rebalance Portfolio series investments. It is also to provide support to the Wealth Managers and Portfolio Series clients the ASB branch network including Contact Centre and be the escalation point for complex queries and issues.

Key to your success in this role will be your investments knowledge and genuine interest in investment services. You will need experience in Finance, Banking and/or Investments and the ability to interpret and analyst market information and fund manager performance data to give meaningful information to clients.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self starter with superb communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers. You will have an excellent telephone manner, demonstrating confidence and comfort on the telephone as you'll be using it to liaise with customers and service their needs. Your ability to probe and question to determine needs will be second to none.
