請問一下關於DHL清關延誤

我6/1號從國內寄了DHL過來!
4號就發現他的狀況是清關延遲!
一開始先收到DHL的信件，讓我告知他裡面是什麼貨物
之後8號收到要我們補上收據，銀行支出！
之後還是沒消息，15號自己打電話過去又要求我們填一個CODE的表格
到了今天20號還是沒消息！
打電話去一直說只能等！
請問有人碰到這狀況嗎?
要怎麼處理比較好？

具体什么东西？  多少钱？  那个海关？

我之前也是ＤＨＬ，货到了他们那里需要清关，
又是要我货品的收据，又是问我要运费的收据，
还要填表，写明是什么东西，多少件，什么做的，干什么的。
超烦。email大概来回了差不多十封，电话也打了。
最后向我要300多的税，又找到了他们重新估了一次，减掉了100多。付了才给我，差不多折腾了三个多星期。

Is the cargo being brought into NZ for commercial purposes?

If it is not, have you explained to them that it is being imported for personal purposes ONLY?

If it is, have you imported anything by using the same consignee name before? Importer is required to complete form in order to apply for NZ Customs Importer code before the clearance can be granted by NZ Customs. DHL just help you to organize it , how long is it going to take to get Importer code is actually up to NZ Customs.

Just to clarify that if a NZ Customs clearance is required for any shipments coming into NZ, Commercial invoice(with clea goods description, value of goods, origin etc) is a must. Otherwise clearance can NOT be completed and the goods will be held by NZ Customs.

As the value of goods (including Freight charges) is used for Duty & GST purposes, Customs has rights to reevaluate the goods by using NZ Market value and Duty and GST will be charged base on reevaluated value.

昨天下午的時候狀況更新說等待付款之後可以領取了!但是還是沒人通知我!
請問一下有可能親自去付款領回嗎?
這部分是要聯繫DHL還是海關呢?
