关于建筑这个专业

求问有学建筑专业的同学吗？本人是商科学生最近觉得商科前途不是很光明，听说建筑适合男生学，且好拿身份，再次请求学过或正在学的同学们指导一下，这个学科的学习情况，就业前景，在其他国家或国内有发展前景吗（说白了就是如果有一天拿了pr不想在这里待回国能否有发展），谢谢了

楼主说的是建筑设计还是土木工程？建筑设计入学要求很高，你必须通过本地高中成绩或预科才能进入这个专业。土木工程的话（目前比较热门的QS和construction management),学术级别从大专到本科都有，入学要求不高，是短缺技术行业。但如果有一天拿了pr不想在这里待回国能否有发展， 建筑设计师回国发展性比较大，土木工程方面的就一般了。

这是一个广告上的招聘建筑工人和建筑经理的要求，建筑在新西兰是短缺行业，而且你回国之后也可以往建筑经理方向努力。其实商科也并不是不可以，商科需求量不管在新西兰还是国内都是很大的，只不过学的人也多，你需要在这方面跟别人不一样，但是哪个学科不是这样呢，哪怕你学了西厨建筑这样短缺专业，你也需要跟别人不一样才有拿pr的机会啊~

那么qs回国 发展好吗？建筑设计师学的是什么呢？

QS回国就业要参加国内的行业考试拿到注册资格执照才有前景。建筑设计师学的主要是外观设计 不属于力学工程方面，内容包括实际模型和3d模型，这个专业的core paper基本没有考试没有作业。

我是国内建筑设计准备过来的，国内如果经济好的话，还是工资收入高于一般水平的，但是会一直加班，甲方也没啥节操。读土木或者给排水其实也还算不错。总的来说就是要经济好，房地产市场好，就好。新西兰的情况我也想知道
