Salary negotiation!

Just got an offer and a contract from a company, but there was no salary dicussion in the 2- round interview.Though they posted a salary range in the ad when I applied, and the salary they offer is also in the range. Am I able to negotiate?  

It is my first time to change the job. Any ideas from you?

Yes you can.I even can say that you have another offer with higher salary, but you have to take the risk then.
