Now, we are seeking a full time Property Manager Assistant to support our property management team


Qualifications & experience

• A confident and personable nature with excellent customer service skills, and an ability to communicate with a very diverse range of people
• Exceptional time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible, pro-active attitude
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin and English is preferred
• Experience with industry standard software (Palace, Tapi, TPS) strongly preferred
• Full, clean NZ Drivers Licence
  

Tasks & responsibilities

• Preparing rental appraisal & advertising the property
• Arranging property inspections & sharing reports with landlords & sending feedback to tenants.
• House viewing arrangements and show prospective tenants properties that are on the rental market
• Maintaining effective records and databases
• Handling compliance and administrative functions for the portfolio
• Providing other administrative support for property management team
