因排气噪音大，被贴PINK STICKER 写解释信有用么

正常路上开，被一警察拦下，以排气噪音大为由，开了张80罚单，开罚单也认了 ，更重要是就为了 噪音大，给车子贴了个PINK 条，叫我做全车检。我车子有WOF还没到期，并且也有LVV改装牌照， 在这种情况下 这个警察还是不听任何解释就贴了个PINK， 有这么夸张吗？我已经写了解释信 在等回音，  这种情况 写解释信有用么？我写解释信目的就是能 把PINK取消就可以 ，罚单 交就交了 ，。警察会同意 取消我的 PINK吗

六年前我也曾经因为排气声音大被罚过180刀。。。也贴了粉卡。。。然后回家我给撕了。。。一周后在路上被个便衣一直跟踪到家门口。。。又贴了张绿色的卡。。。说是再不去重新做车检就直接没收车了。。。

这个很难取消,如果你的车确实符合要求, 大不了就是重新过wof而已, 如果确实不符合要求,那就不要怪警察拦你了,  还有那个改装证书好像不包括排期声音的. 这个声音要求属于法律规定范围, 任何证书都不管用

if your exhaust is not the original one...
you need to get a certificate for your exhaust as well...from a qualified WOF station...like AA or MTA
and the fine for noisy exhaust is reduced to $50...but 25demerit point oh

lsd..write a letter wont help you, the law is chaged now that you need to prove your exhaust is certified not the Police to prove your exhaust is modded..or not the original.

和格就給個貼紙 你就可以去解釋了

or noisy equipment in a vehicle ?

如果是排氣管的因為12月一日起 (上面的說從12月一日起 這個法案好像10月還是8月就通過了)
所以不是原廠普通的排氣管都要有certify sticker..

现在警察是车上装有测分贝的装置，还是凭个人的听觉？？因为很多人改了排气，也不可能人人都去做CERT啊。

according to the land transport...the police can fine you for any exhaust which is non factory, and more noisy than standard exhaust...they can issue a pink sticker and u need to pass wof and get the exhaust cert in order to remove it....

the cert require to have no more than a certain dB in specific vehicle....
like 4 cylinder vtec engine....no more than 90dB at 4800rpm....

but even u get a cert, dont happy yet.....something is more interesting,,,,
even u have passed the cert, but u rev ur engine up and "excessing noise from your car casuing disturb to others"...

the police still can give u a ticket for "driving a noisy manner" according to  Vehicle noise legislation
this registration give power to police to give u a ticket for "what they think ur vehicle is noisy and causing disturb to others"...no matter the noise is from intake, ur sub woofer...whatever......


so, my advise is dont rev ur rpm up in a open road, do it in track!
