I do apologize for replying in English, as I'm not good at typing Chinese
for u to lose weight......calorie deficit
u still need carbos...but take complex carbs, ie brown rice, sweet potato, wholemeal bread (don't eat anything that's white - simple carbs)
however, minimize your carb intake 3 hrs before u go to bed (try to consume ur carbs during day time - unless u workout at night)
try to eat every 2.5hrs to 3hrs (3 main meals, plus healthy snacks (fruits, almonds etc)
still need fat...but good quality fat (salmon- omega 3, 6, olive oil, nuts)
feel free to ask if you hav any question - this is just a general diet guideline......
what important about diet is NOT to eliminate food intake...it's about the TIMING, PORTION & WHAT FOOD u r eating. |
