想问一道关于ethics的题,是关于Keith Davis的。。。谢谢啦
A Limited Liability Company has certain privileges over individuals or groups who run business with total liability. In legal terms, a Limited Liability Company is an individual. However, Davis argues that if a company operates like an individual, then companies are not just motivated by profit. What are the implications of Davis' claim?
A. Companies that are global should make sure that their practices are not detrimental, no matter if the law demands it or not.
B. Companies owe their shareholders the highest returns legally possible
C. Companies have rights
D. Companies are only liable for tax in the country where they were founded
E. Companies are above the law
我选的是A,请问对不对啊?? 谢谢啦 |
