艾叶蛋汤 Artemisia leaf with egg soup
Ingredients:
- Artemisia leaves - 1 bundle
- 1 egg
- garlic (2 gloves) - chopped
- dry small fish 江鱼仔
- salt
1. After washing the Artemisia leaves, chop it roughly.
2. Heat the wok and put in oil, fry the dry small fish and garlic until brown colour and keep some for decoration.
3. Add in the leaves and fry quickly. Add 1 bowl of water into the leaves and let it cook until the soup is boiling.
4. Add some salt and soya sauce. Then add an egg into the soup. Ready to serve.
