don't waste your money on qv. the value shown on qv is very low ( and not reflect market reality) as i tried it before.
eg, a house in milford, qv said is worth 650k for cv 510k (fullsite) First bid is almost qv value.......
and finally sold at 900k ( with 850k more than 4 people wanting it)
qv is not catching up with what the current market is. |
