当时去看房子，还觉得卖家开价有点高呢，毕竟不是全新房，而且三个房子在一起那种，结果成交价格比开价还贵了7k

buyer is not stupid. no one wants to pay more.

buyer is moved by market, they pay for what they want. just like some people buy something they like eg LV bag, diamond.

3家分1748的地。每家接近500的地。。我觉得还行呀。。剩下的就看外形和花园设计罗？

我朋友刚刚买了个MISSION BAY的地才300左右喔。。。。买了80+W。。没房子的空地。。。

the answer is relativity.

Today you see it as silver, but somone see it as gold.
9 yrs ago, people see sandringham as poor man area, it was a rough metal, today it is a shinning silver.

To make it closer to time, 2012, nile rd milford was selling fullsite houses at $700k, people swear it is expensive as compare  with 2010 price.  Few weeks ago, waterloo rd ( near junction of nile rd) sold for  $950k for a very run down house next to a funeral service.

这么漂亮的房子还带500的地还带校区。。。这个价格我觉得很不错呀。。。

论坛里那个MOUNT ROSKILL分割出来的400地的新房卖了107W吧。。

我想同样的价格一般人都会选forrest hill吧。。
