把自住房租出去，自己出去租房，自住房利息可以抵税吗？

请问，孩子大了因为要上初中，想暂时去学区租房，把自己的自住房租出去。

我自己的理解，这种情况下我就没有自住房了因为我也在租房，自住房利息可以抵税吗？

where your personal property is kept
the amount of time you spend living in each house (if you have more than one house)
where your immediate family lives
where your social ties are strongest
your use of the home
what other ties (for example: employment, business, economic) you have with the surrounding community.

不行，只要你的房子整租出去，就算投资房，利息就不能抵扣税，并且收入还得缴税，和你有几套房没有关系，也和你现在租房的状态没有关系

可以，这个就算把自住房换成投资房。你只要按你房子出租的时间算, 那自住房的利息就算投资房的利息。
