好心人啊。。。请问学生签证丢失补办怎么办？

I just found my student passport lost and I need it to renew my visa before July, I am told that I should go to Chinese Embassy in Wellington to get a new one.
I tried to call The Chinese Embassy in Wellington ask about what I should to bring with me but no one answering lol, so

question one is : Could anyone please tell  me what to bring with me for the replacement of my passport?

Question2 is :and Should I go to Wellington  Chinese Embassy or Auckland Embassy?

Question 3: How many days  will it take to get a new one? (I was told by one of staff member in University that It took at least 21 days) but I need to post my new passport before next month, what can I do?

Sorry for so many questions but the embassy is unavailable at the moment so have no other options ......
