我的车直喷 dsg现在5年7万多公里暂时还没有出什么问题,感觉没有那么不可靠吧。

Volkswagen in America was recently forced to recall all 2007-2009 Volkswagens and Audis fitted with DSG. The models covered were the Volkswagen R32, Jetta, Jetta SportWagen (UK Golf estate), GTi, Eos, as well as Audi A3 and TT. VW America was also forced to extend the warranty on these transmissions to ten years to allay reliability concerns. This was an American recall and was not extended to many other countires. Nor was the warranty.
Some FSI / TSI engines suffer from carbon build-up in the combustion chamber around the injectors and valves. Over time the engine starts to run poorly. The throttle body also frequently fails due to carbon build-up. This carbonisation problem appears to be worst on vehicles that use Regular (low octane) petrol and have been frequently driven at low speeds.
Solving the problem of carbonisation can be costly, but not as costly as leaving the problem unfixed. If the carbon deposits on the valves and the pistons to collide, causing instant engine destruction!
The symptoms of the FSI carbonisation problem are a poor idle, a slight missing and a lack of power at speeds. If the engine management light comes on while the vehicle is running, the problem may include the throttle body and/or oxygen sensor (in normal operation the engine management light should come on when you first start the car and then go off more or less straight away. If it stays on at all, someone's probably disconnected it to hide this problem). |
