Role Responsibilities: Ensure meat cases and freezers are well-stocked and maintained.Efficiently slice and cut all types of meat.Assist with traying up meat as needed.Collaborate with the Store Operator to maintain daily operations.Prepare customer special orders within agreed timeframes.Follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, and store procedures.Maintain high presentation standards for the butchery department and the store. What We Are Looking For: Qualification or equivalent experience as a butcher.Reliable, honest, and a good team player.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Confidence and maturity to work unassisted at times. Working Hours: Minimum 45 to 55 hours a week.Days: Monday To SundayHours: Between 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.Apply early - we will be interviewing suitable applicants as they come in, and the position may close earlier if filled.
