Our company isa fast-growing, privately-owned geotechnicalspecialist engineering consulting company in Auckland. Due to recent fast-growing market, we are now seeking onehighly motivated Project Administrator to join ourteam.
Project set up • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directingcalls as required • Dealing with email and WeChat enquiries • Diary management and arranging appointments, bookingmeeting rooms and conference facilities • Organising travel and accommodation for staff andcustomers • Arranging both internal and external events • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts andposting advertisements • Implementing WorkflowMax for project management andfinancial management, use of Xero to createinvoice if required. • Preparing project agreement form or contractClientrelationship managementAssist company director with data input • Providing administration support to director and othermanagers. • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, andpresentations. • Review report, cross checking other employee’s report andcorrect obvious mistakes and grammarmistakes. • General administration duties • General office management such as ordering stationary • Using Microsoft office suites such as Excel, Outlook andWord • Keeping detailed diaries and records of general tasks andappointments • File keeping • Preparation and sending of professional documentation toclients and suppliers. • Follow up of outstanding information/documentation fromclients and suppliers. • Assisting with the management of claims which entailsliaising with clients and suppliers. • Prepare marketing related work for the company whenrequired.
