关于建房 注册builder列表中 有site1 2 3级别 请问他们职责是什么

但我还是不明白，他们是superviser 到现场检查工程质量呢？ 还是site manager  负责统筹全部建房工程？

请内行指点

site 1,2,3是指site manager，分别对应不同领域的房子。

是不是说简单，较难，复杂的房子，要不同的的人去管理了。

谢谢，一字千金，解了我的疑惑，网站上说明： coordinate and oversee construction or alteration of any category of building 中文意思应该是协调监督所以建筑的建设和改建。
确实是site manager的工作。

以你多年的工作经历，外行去建房，请个site manager是否比较靠谱，由site manager来请测量师 设计师 builder。。。。。及进度。

题外话： 不知来检查工程质量的人怎么称呼？ 是 superviser吗？

总结来说是 s1管理 c1 建筑 单层 ， s2管理c2 双层小于10米，  s3管理 多层c3

有点模糊的是，在大斜坡，顺着地势建房， 每层都是单层，可从正面看，可能是3-4层，高度可能超过10的落差，你说算哪一种？   Category 2 buildings？  Category 3 buildings  ？

楼主的总结不太准确，1、2、3类的分别在于risk score，而不是楼层，两层楼也可以是1类，官方网页举的例子就有4层的commercial建筑仍然归于2类。risk score的范围就广了，和楼层、风区、外墙屋顶deck等的设计都有关，一两句话说不清楚。
building高度超过10米的话肯定是3类了。

楼主，请site manager还是找建筑公司大包取决于具体的人和公司，遇到认真负责的就没问题，否则的话照样一大堆麻烦。一般而言，请独立的site manager会比大包给建筑公司省钱。比如普通平地泡沫地基，中低档装修，好的site manager应该可以控制在1300一平的成本，加上管理费也不到1400，而建筑公司大包现在已经很难找到低于1600一平的了。
检查工程质量的有两种人：来自council的inspector和注册结构工程师（有时还要地质工程师），每个重要工序都需要他们检查合格才能继续下一步，直到最终拿到CCC。
