I regularly revisit his website. He is one of the most successful property investor in NZ and I highly respect. He has used his nealy 50 years investment experience to tell us his viewpoint.

In this link, which was in October 2012, Olly thought New Zealand house prices would be doubled in the next a few years. He hasn't changed his view since then.

In this link, which was in March this year, Olly told rising interest rate will push house prices higher, which is exactly the same opinion of mine.

I fully agree.

If economic / migration remain strong and new house supply remain low, raise in interest rate will not stop house price increase.

Having said that, we did see a drop in number of houses sold in recent month.
