I received the message below from the University Book Shop regarding the textbook:

Hi Paul,
I wanted to get in touch and let you knowthat we have sold out of the Horngren text but secondhand copies are comingthrough steadily.
Throughout 2010 we sold less and less ofthe book and more and more of the access codes. In fact we had a large amountof stock of the books left over so I didn’t anticipate such a high demand forthe book and book and access code pack. I have ordered more stock from Pearsonbut this will not arrive until the end of March. I will make sure we buy anysecondhand copies that are offered to us.
I apologise for not anticipating thedemand.
