求助！ 新的政策下，回国可以托运奶粉吗？

要回国了，想给爸爸妈妈带几代成人奶粉。不知道农林局的新政策对这个有影响不？
不是说要罚款吗？还有人说有带孩子回国带奶粉都被查了，不知属实不？
那位知道具体情况的给帮个忙解答一下吧！

我也写哟件给Ministry for Primary Industries咨询个人回国托运奶粉是否合法，有了回复我会update楼主。

Hello Jing

* You do not need to be a registered exporter if the infant formula is in the luggage directly accompanying you on a flight and is solely for personal (e.g. for your infant) or non-commercial use.
* The product must not be sold and should be part of your checked or hand luggage.
* The above exemption does not exempt you from any other requirement and you should be aware that you will also be subject to importing country customs and quarantine requirements.

Therefore, I am emailing you to require information regarding taking infant formula back to China for my God son when I go back at the end of this year.

Am I allowed to take infant formula back to China and if so, is there any limitation?

Yes, you can. Here is the reply from NZ Customs

The following information is what has been provided by the Ministry of Primary Industry in terms of milk powder being exported.
MPI Advice for Travellers:

·         You do not need to be a registered exporter if the infant formula is in the luggage directly accompanying you on a flight and is solely for personal (e.g. for your infant) or non-commercial use.  

·         The product must not be sold and should be part of your checked or hand luggage.  

·         The above exemption does not exempt you from any other requirement and you should be aware that you will also be subject to importing country customs and quarantine requirements.
