I found it interesting....
in 2005, a lot of out of town retirees mortgaged their houses and bought into Auckland apartments.... one company called " blue-chip" collapsed was the one who arranged for all the unbuilt apartments and guaranteed 10% return for 3 yrs and sold them to unsuspected investors.
In this round, people are turning there eyes on apartments again............ because landed property are all out-of- reach ?
The cycle just looked so identical on people behaviour.... |
