整租了一栋房子，马上要到期了，原来签的是固定合约1年。房客也没说搬走，我也想继续出租。请问我要跟房客重新签合同吗？现在签的合约中写有fixed term tenancies automatically become periodic upon expiry of the fixed term unless either party gives the other written notice of their intention not to continue with the tenancy. 是不是如果双方都没有通知，则合约自动续1年呢？请指点，谢谢。
