请问邻居说我院子树太高，挡住了他一点阳光以及屋顶有树叶

可以商量么，如果真的挡着别人了，而且树叶很多，你就一人出一半钱呗，远亲不如近邻给。

其实他搬进来之前我已经砍了一次，因为他是新买了才搬来没多久。之前那业主和我不错，我们一起剪的树好让他房子卖得快。
我找天过去和新邻居聊看吧。
不过要掏几百块给他修剪我有点不甘心。

这个不是必须要做的，树没长过去。做也只是人情，
就说才砍掉一些不欠久，还是上任屋主合资的。

开头如果那么容易叫你修就修，以后会得寸进尺的。

哎这个东西怎么说呢对吧，我觉得要不是什么原则问题，说不定回头你还得求邻居帮忙之类的。对吧。要不要介绍你个马来西亚华人砍树啊？价格还不错。

其实lz换位思考一下，如果你的邻居的树老掉叶子到你屋顶， 你会怎么样？ 想明白了不就知道怎么做了吗

这事本来就不该LZ出费用。象我们要有这样的要求，就会主动提出承担所有的费用和劳动，完事了还要說谢谢。LZ的邻居居然不提由谁来承担的问题，还指望LZ主动提出，有些不会做人。

你这个好像不大对吧,我怎么记得以前在一个政府什么网站看过一个大概是邻里守则之类的说,你完全没有义务为了你的邻居而砍或者修剪自己的树,如果树长到他们那边的话,他们可以自己修剪,然后树枝啥的得给回你.  唯一的特殊情况好像是如果你的树的根长到邻居家房子地下造成他们的房子有问题的话好像要解决

我给出的link里面详细解释了，如果邻居的树长的超过你的fence，但是没有带来其他的影响，比如档光线或者堵水槽等问题，你自己将超过的树枝修剪就可以了

他们现在就是说得很严重说挡了阳光之类。烦。几根烂树哪里挡光，他那房子朝向本来就黑暗。

没办法，新西兰的法律就是这样规定的。

最好请个专业的人来修剪，我以前曾有自己修剪结果树死掉的惨痛经历。
