if it is purely "sugar arrangement", there is no case.
Sex for pleasure is not a relationship, it is a commercial sex arrangement and is not protected under Property Relationship Act.
Some salient facts - you give money, expensive items, holiday in exchange for sex, although it can be the same woman. That same woman might have multiple partners and is not exclusive to you. Similarly, you can have multiple partners and is not exclusive to her. This type of arrangement is therefore not protected under PRA.
Law is not blind, it will look at specific circumstances and facts.
Another set of facts - A chinese mistress moved to NZ and had a child for a wealthy chinese businessman in China. is she protected under the PRA? The Chinese businessman does not consider NZ as his country of domicile and is never a NZ tax resident, he came here for holiday and look at the child for a few weeks in a year.
Where is the" forum of convenience" to hear the case? Does NZ law apply to this case?
听说 -----> is always dangerous.
