We are a small andfriendly Asian based law firm. Specializations of this firm include but are notlimited to: immigration, family trust and conveyancing.

We are seeking a full-timeLegal Executive/Secretary to join our firm where staff are encouraged,supported and given opportunities to develop their skills, as we get the jobdone and get it done well, challenge ourselves to improve, and work together.

This role is to providesupport to our lawyer in a busy, fun environment.

Are you our idealcandidate?

·        ABachelor degree with 1 year working experience in the legal industry will beadvantageous;

·        Excellentcustomer services skills, telephone manners and communication skills;

·        Ableto speak in fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese will be advantageous;

·        Consistencyin producing a high standard of work;

·        Understandsthe importance of deadlines;

·        Proficiencyin word processing using the Microsoft Office Suite;

·        Ableto work independently or in a team.
