I am looking for flatmates for 2 available double bedrooms in a beautiful house in Epsom.

Both rooms are on the 2nd floor and are both sunny and warm and both have built in wardrobes.
房间位于二楼，阳光很好，有衣柜。
There is a parking space available at the back of the house as well as plenty of on street parking. There is a also a very large garden so you can grow fresh vegetables and fruits and enjoy sharing them together

9 ]4 {" Z: l8 t2 w5 KThere is a bus stop close to the house just 3 minute walk away and also just a 7 minute walk away from a Countdown supermarket and the train station. There is also a Community Centre close by that offers free English conversation classes every Wednesday and Saturday! !!
