宝宝办了回国寄养，是不是可以买单程机票？

如题，宝宝是这边NZ的护照，如果办理了中国寄养，还必须要往返机票吗还是说单程机票就可以啊。
顺便问下南航的官网为什么非要注册才能买单程机票啊，我刚买的往返机票就不需要注册成会员。

不是很多妈妈都说办短期6个月中国签证那种都要往返机票吗？

我也听说过这个,但是我朋友的小孩去年12月才回去的就是买的单程.所以我孩子跟爷爷奶奶回去的时候我专门去中国大使馆问过说他们这边没有问题.然后我又查纽行的官网说可能需要父母双方的证明没说非要买往返啊.反正最后我孩子顺利地拿着单程票回国了,签证就是6个月的.

官网就这么说的,反正没说非要买往返
