第一次买房，求大神帮看看做好的builder report呀

第一次买房，看中了一套，builder report做完，主要问题是：房子是架起来的，里地面有一定距离，底下有一排支撑的木桩倾斜了，屋顶发现两处木条腐坏了，接下来好像是墙离地面高度不够？

发现有结构问题，修修可能很贵的。要是没买的话，还是慎重点吧.
