请驴友们推荐个合适境外消费的信用卡

我和女友下月会去美国游玩加SHOPPING两周，因为要花不少钱，想问下各位驴友前辈有谁知道哪家银行有TRAVEL CARD之类的信用卡或者PREPAID CARD。
我们想办张最好没有跨境消费手续费的，或者有REWARDS的。
另外如果好的TRAVEL INSURANCE公司也请一并推荐，谢谢啦

Any credit card such as Visa, MasterCard can be used overseas. It is very convenient and economical.
Travel card is a kind of debit card (cash card) in foreign currency. You have to buy foreign currency & deposit in your card. It is very convenient also. Ask your bank for details, most of local banks provide travel card.
ANZ Gold MasterCard (annual fee $80) covers international travel insurance.

多谢楼上的，CREDIT CARD每笔境外消费要额外收取2.5%的手续费，有没有哪家银行有卡是能少交的？

Banks normally charge 2.5-3% as foreign currency converting fees. The rate is reasonable & you can not save this by using any other method. I am not quite sure which bank charges less. You can find this information from the websites of banks.

因为这次准备去美国血拼，加买钻戒，要出不少血，所以能省一个PERCENT也是不少钱了。我今天去了BNZ问了问，他们的CREDIT CARD境外消费是2.3%，稍微少一点点。
TRAVEL CARD不能当信用卡用，所以不准备办了。
目前看来CREDIT CARD确实是最合适的方法，基本每家银行都有卡是附带TRAVEL INSURANCE的，但是不知道哪家的REWARDS高一些的？
National bank和ASB的某些卡是花100块退1块现金，BNZ是花50块积1分FLY BUY。
