请教陌生的香港人一个问题

在一份Title上看到这样一段话：
“Boundaries of areas to be leased are the external faces of exterior walls, structures and roofs.
Area marked (1) to be subject to a restrictive covenant.
Restrictive covenant boundaries are not visible defined unless otherwise stated. ”
该如何理解这段话？谢谢你的帮忙！

我其實不是律師 這些條文的解讀應該找他們的

不過從字面看應該是crosslease / leasehold 之類的法律文件（covenant？caveat ?）吧？ 大概是說能租出去的地方範圍只是外牆/房子外面等  你要找回這個restrictive boundaries 看看裡面的條文和這個 ‘Area marked （1）在哪裡

最後一句有點玄 不過相信就是說從來上面這些說明外 這個邊界除非其他特別指示下外觀上是不會被特別標明的 所以你去到現場也不一定會看到有標明租出地帶的邊界
