Weare currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an EventOperations and Backend Management professional. Responsibilities: As part of our team, your dailyresponsibilities will include: 1.     Daily prop organization and warehousemanagement. 2.     Prop distribution and on-site event setup. 3.     Inventory management, product cleaning, andstorage post-event. 4.     Collaborating with the sales team to captureevent videos and assist with other related tasks. 5.     Regular maintenance of props and floralarrangements, including painting and refurbishing. 6.     Assisting the company's management department inpreparing registration forms, process planning, and developing event strategiesand goals to meet client and company needs. 7.     Ensuring timely delivery of events andsupervising all aspects of operations, including venue setup, equipmentplacement, and material coordination. 8.     Handling any issues or emergencies that mayarise during events to ensure smooth execution. 9.     Providing event reports and feedback to evaluateevent success and offer improvement suggestions. Requirements: We are looking for candidates whomeet the following criteria: Male candidates preferred. 1.     Possession of a full New Zealand driver'slicense. 2.     Strong English communication skills. 3.     Flexibility in working hours, includingweekends. 4.     Strong sense of responsibility and attention todetail. 5.     Excellent organizational and communicationskills. 6.     Team player with a positive and cooperativeattitude. 7.     Ability to work under pressure and handlenight-time deliveries and setups. 8.     Previous experience in event planning and setupor floral work is a plus. WorkHours: Minimum of30 hours per week. Hourly Wage: Experienced candidates: $25-$35/hour. Inexperienced candidates: Minimum wage initially, withpotential for evaluation and higher compensation after a probationary period.
