换PRV前超速

请问超速8km罚款30刀在换PRV时以下问题是填yes吗？
Charged with, convicted of or investigated for any offences committed (including traffic ordriving offences) since being granted New Zealand residence, or while on a temporary visaor when unlawfully in New Zealand?

我觉得不属于这两种情况吧：
• convicted or found guilty of any offence(s) against the law in any country? Yes No
• convicted of an offence (including a traffic offence), committed within the last five years,involving dangerous driving, including drunk driving (driving with a blood or breath alcoholcontent in excess of a specified limit) or driving having consumed drugs?

哦？其实我也觉得是No，但看好多朋友的帖子说最好选yes表示诚实，所以困惑了。。。

investigated 到底怎么定义呀？我看police的网上说是crime才会investigated，不知道这种小超速罚单算不算呢？谢谢

我的意思是我的超速肯定不算犯罪但是不是investigated呢？所以不确定是选yes还是no

填yes      没事的

超速应该是属于offence。但是一般这种小的交通违法问题不会影响。但是需要如实申报。
