I am a PhD candidate at Victoria University of Wellington researching how individuals adapt to living in different cultures.  I have just launched an online survey approved by the VUW School of Psychology Human Ethics Committee to investigate this area of research, and am interested in forming a collaboration between myself and ethnic community organizations.
Specifically, I am interested in inviting members of the ethnic community to complete the survey.  Information about the survey could be provided to these individuals either via e-mail, a listserv if you have one, announcing the research at a meeting, flyers (I've attached two different flyer types), or perhaps posting information about my research on online resources you utilise (e.g., a website or Facebook page).

Included below is a paragraph that could be used to inform individuals about my research and the survey link for your review.  As I am interested in sharing the results with our various ethnic communities, preliminary findings of the research will be available online in October 2010 at the Centre for Applied Cross-Cultural Research’s website, http://www.victoria.ac.nz/cacr/.

I would be happy to discuss my research and potential collaboration with you in further detail via e-mail or phone (04 385 2742), and thank you very much in advance for your time and consideration.

Kind Regards,

Jessie Wilson
