都可以用，收费每个银行都不同吧。    那边人更喜欢用现金。

Can I use my Westpac ATM card overseas?

You can access the money in your everyday account by using your Westpac ATM card at a large number of ATM’s. Look for ATM’s that have the same logo as the one on the back of your card – this will either be a Cirrus or a PLUS logo. Use ATM’s displaying the same logo as your card.

ANZ有个卡，可以提前把钱换成澳币存卡里，然后到澳洲后直接刷，不用手续费。
