虽然靠近O他呼呼，但三个月前这个价肯定买不到

过了panama road美其名曰mt wellington不过整体环境下了很大一个档次。和Otahuhu一个等级的了。楼上有的同学不了解的话开车自己去看看。从panama road往otahuhu开车看看就知道了。

这位大哥的说法也太好笑了，什么叫愿不愿意拿两个房子换。事实是这里确实是Mt Wellington，只不过一个区域内也分好点和差点，但事实就是事实，pc1没说错。

我想说的凡事要实事求是，那个房子在Mt Wellington区就是在Mt Wellington不能因为靠近Otahuhu就歪曲事实！！！

我最讨厌有些中介乱写房子的区来误导买家，凡事总有个规矩没有就成不了方圆。

我当然不愿意和Mt Wellington换更不用说Otahuhu了，呵呵

以前属于Westfield区域，后来并入Mt Wellington, 并没有划入Otahuhu过。。。。
