We are a well-established steelstructure engineering company based in Onehunga and Papakura, Auckland. With astrong focus on delivering high-quality structural projects, we have built areputation for excellence in the industry. We are specialized in a wide rangeof services, including structural steel fabrication and installation as well asmetalworks.

We are seeking for an intermediate QuantitySurveyor and an experienced project manager who has proven experience in a buildingor construction QS role with a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience inthe industry.

Thekey background preferred is:

l  Strong and clear communicationskills-fluent in English is compulsory, in oral and written with strong ability to work with and through allorganizational levels as you will be dealing with a wide range of people includingcustomers and suppliers

l  A team player who demonstrates professionalism

l  Ability to deal with multiple tasks and high volumes

l  Sound costing analytical skills and on-site experience

l Taking control of the pricing for projects andensuring construction costs are managed efficiently, and schedules ofquantities are accurately recorded for material and labour cost

l Sound knowledge of structuralsteel drawings

l Proficient inplanning, organizing, quality control and working to time lines.

l Sound workingknowledge of HS&E requirements

l Demonstratesflexibility and resilience in dealing with complex issues, approaches for changesand deploys sound problem solving skill
