Amy’sSelection Ltd was founded in 2014.Currently, Amy’s Selection is mainly focusing on Snacks, Mummy and Baby Products, Cosmetics, Toys, and accessories fromJapan. Customers can easily order products from either online store or physicalstore located at Auckland, New Zealand.

With our business enlarging,we need moretalented employees tojoin our team for the coming future.

We are currentlyseeking a Store Manager for our shop. This is anopportunity for someone to take their career to the next level.

Yourresponsibilities will include:

• determining product mix, stock levelsand service standards

• formulating and implementing purchasing and marketingpolicies, and setting prices

• promoting and advertising the establishment's goods andservices

• selling goods and services to customers and advising themon product use

• maintaining records of stock levels and financialtransactions

• undertaking budgeting for the establishment

• controlling selection, training and supervision of staff

• ensuring compliance with occupational health and safetyregulations

Our ideal candidate:
• Will have a strong background in international business, at least 3-5 yearsexperience of international trading. If have retail store management and salesachievement experience would be appreciated.
• Is a strong leader, who trains, motivates and encourages their team
• Clear and fluent English both inwritten and oral. Can speak Mandarin & Cantonese

• Have Knowledge of Japanese productsand styles,know basic Japanese, for speaking and reading some productdescription
• Friendly, helpful and customer centric

• Have a valid work visa

店长要求：

1：工作认真、谨慎、细心、责任心强，开朗、善于沟通。

2：英语沟通良好，普通话和粤语流利，会日语者优先考虑。

3：有3-5年国际贸易经验，有零售业工作经验者优先。
4：有较强的业务拓展能力，完成公司销售目标。
5：有一定的财务知识，能独立完成公司预算和销售计划制定。
6.  有合法工作签证。
