About the role:

• Assisting Head of Sales & Marketing by coordinating & scheduling the appointment, researching the market, preparing PowerPoint presentations, meeting minutes, etc.
• Providing communication support for the customer enquiries
• Conduct Sales reports and market data analyses reports
• Coordinating with the e-commerce management team
• Assisting with preparation for overseas trade shows
  

About YOU:

• Well-developed communication skills and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work autonomously, cope well under pressure, and juggle priorities and deadlines.
• Previous experience in English copy-writing is preferred.
• Previous experience in administration is preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Office administration and process refining skills.
• Medium to advanced competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
• Strong analytical skills, strong desire to learn new things.
• Excellent attention to detail.
