About the role:
- Assisting Head of Sales & Marketing by coordinating & scheduling the appointment, researching the market, preparing PowerPoint presentations, meeting minutes, etc.
- Providing communication support for the customer enquiries
- Conduct Sales reports and market data analyses reports
- Coordinating with the e-commerce management team
- Assisting with preparation for overseas trade shows
About YOU:
- Well-developed communication skills and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work autonomously, cope well under pressure, and juggle priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience in English copy-writing is preferred.
- Previous experience in administration is preferred.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Office administration and process refining skills.
- Medium to advanced competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, strong desire to learn new things.
- Excellent attention to detail.
