The Front of House Supervisor is responsible for overseeingand coordinating the activities of the waiting staff, ensuring efficient andhigh-quality service. The role involves leading the team, training new staff,and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience throughout the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

*Supervise waiting staff to ensure excellent customer serviceand efficient restaurant operations.

*Train, motivate, and guide staff to uphold high standardsof service.

*Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly andprofessionally.

*Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitationregulations.

*Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both staffand customers.

*Coordinate seating arrangements and manage restaurant flow.

*Monitor and assess performance, providing feedback toimprove service quality.

*Ensure staff adherence to restaurant policies andprocedures.

Key Requirements:

*Strong leadership and communication skills.

*At least one year of experience in customer service orhospitality.

*Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.

*Excellent problem-solving skills.

*In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations.

*Attention to detail and ability to work in afast-paced environment.
