Fixed Term Full TimeMaternity Cover – Aug 2021 to Feb 2022
Main Responsibilities
- Handle and manage day-to-day warranty product returns from customers.
- A regular stocktake of faulty and used stock.
- Assist Customer Service/Returns with RA and Credit Authorization processing as needed.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Sales, Warehouse, & Product Managers as required.
Required Skills and Experience
- 0 – 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse and/or customer service.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Have the ability to be a team player working with diverse groups and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Work well with dynamic requirements and priorities
- Attention to detail and committed to managing problems through resolution.
- Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary.
- Have a general understanding of credit and debit note processes.
- IT product knowledge would be useful.
