多大房子，多大地，多少个crosslease，什么时候的房子，什么样的房子都没有准。所以，没法说。因为 60年代 3房1卫浴的90m2的weather board， cross lease在， forrest hill road 靠高速这边，和 milford 附近的forrest hill 的cross lease unit价格是不一样的。。。。。。
