关于跟CO咨询进度的问题

分到co已经一段时间了 想催催co 然后不知道该跟co说点什么比较好，仔细想了一下 如果只问 how is my application going?貌似太简短了点，可是写多了害怕出语法错误，反而麻烦，相求教下那些跟co咨询过得大神，你们都是如何写的呢？求PM，多谢了
