不论是电话咨询还是当时签的协议都告知是2m的"full speed"
然后要来安装了 发邮件了

“The CIR (Committed International Rate) basically states that theprice-point you are paying means we will guarantee you at least 512kinternational speeds. However, the PIR (Peak International Rate) means that youmay actually be able to reach speeds of up to 2M internationally.


Whilst the PIR (peak) is a burstable speed-rate, it is notguaranteed. However, the CIR (Committed) is a guaranteed rate and if you everexperience speeds less than 512k, you should give us a call on 0800 191919 toget these speeds investigated”
